What was your favorite part of your service?

Everyone was glowing - the makeup looked beautiful and enhanced rather than covered up everyone's natural beauty. The flexibility was also greatly appreciated!

• What advice, for choosing a bridal makeup artist, would you like to pass on to other Brides to Be?

  Choose carefully and don't be scared away by pricing and travel fees - my photographer showed me first hand what can happen when a bride isn't choosy with her bridal makeup artist. We all want to keep costs to a minimum both for ourselves and for the bridal party but don't sacrifice your photos (and all the costs associated with them) to save a little bit of money on sub par work!

Kana, you are amazing and were such a joy to have with us on our special day! You are so laid-back and so very talented I feel very lucky that you were there.

What advice, for choosing a bridal makeup artist, would you like to pass on to other Brides to Be?

Obviously, I would suggest you, even to those who aren't in Evansville! You're worth it! Also - trials are great and very reassuring and exciting :)

I was so happy with my bridal makeup! Kana listened to the changes I wanted from my trial makeup and made them happen! It looked absolutely beautiful! And it stayed that way the entire night, even in the humidity while we took pictures. Everyone said you couldn't even tell my face was hot because my makeup still looked flawless. I am completely happy with the way it turned out and would recommend her to everyone who is getting married!

"Kana is AMAZING! I was blown away by how young she was, because she is so well-established in the community and because all of her photos make her look older in a good way. So very professional & poised, I would've never guessed she was just a year older than myself. Her Beauty Room is flawless -- the house is gorgeous but just wait until you get inside. So pretty, so serene, so wonderful-smelling from the soap shop she shares the house with, and so "zen," as she put it. Not to mention we hit it off so well, that my appointment ran a little long because we couldn't stop talking!! She was so relatable and easy to talk to. My makeup looked gorgeous when I was finished. It seemed a little much for me upon very first glance, but it grew on me by the time I got home for my photo shoot. I have every intention of booking her for my wedding as well, because I looked gorgeous and she was SO easy and comfortable to work with. I think she's going to fit in seamlessly with my wedding party, my other vendors, and help me to relax & enjoy my special day."
