Women come see me for a number of reasons, but the most frequent I see is that they are running themselves ragged and not spending enough time truly nurturing themselves. I wanted to go beyond the makeup, and get back and down to the basics.

Super Skin Sunday is a time to bask in all your natural glory and learn not only to care for your skin, but how to take care of your spirit.

Carving out time to care for yourself is a small, but powerful act that has a ripple effect on your life. When you feel cared for, your cup will run over and you be ready to share that feeling with the world.

Our serene Sunday includes a nice tea time after you change into comfy robes. I walk you through the magical world of herbs and natural remedies teaching you what is best for each skin type and phase of life. Everyone gets to cleanse and mask as we are talking about creating your very own self care ritual. 
After the class you get to mix your own perfect clay mask to take home!
