Give yourself the gift of vision on January 9, 2022. From 2:00-4:00pm CST, The Beauty Room will host a vision board workshop led by certified life coach, Amelia Roberts.

Amelia will guide you through two visualizations: one to help you release old thoughts, beliefs, and baggage that no longer serve you; and the second, to help you realign with your heart-centered purpose and desire.

Foam board and some crafting supplies will be provided. Please feel free to bring magazines, photos, images, and any other supplies you might like to have. You may also want to bring a blanket and pillow—anything to help you relax, cozy, and stay present during the visualizations.

What To Expect:

2:00-2:30 — mingling and refreshments + mimosas/tea

2:30-3:15 — visualizations and journaling

3:15-4:00 — vision board creation
